When Neil (+apprentice) turned up to do the work, they were well presented, on time and awake. Ready to get on straight away. Job was completed on time (2 days) and to a professional standard. Took the time to go through everything, including how to change a rad, top up inhibitor and to work and program the nest that he had installed. I will be getting Neil to do my service when it's due also.
